The purpose of these hearings was to gather evidence from Traditional Owners, the Minister for Climate Action, Energy and Resources, the Minister for Water and academics on injustices against First Peoples related to land, sky and waters. Hearings were held at Yoorrook's Collingwood hearing room on 22 and 26 April. On 24 April, the hearing was held at Margooya Lagoon and the at Robinvale Community Arts Centre.
