What do you know about the colonisation of Victoria and its impacts on First Peoples?

It had a devastating impact through lack of recognition, lack of consultation, racist attitudes, diseases, massacres etc. ….

What has been your experience learning about First Nations history and culture in Victoria's education system? Do you feel it was comprehensive?

I leanret hardly anyhting about first nations culture and history. Mainly I leanrt abuot european history including how Europenas ‘discovered’ Australia

What changes would you like to see in Victoria to promote better understanding and respect for First Peoples cultures?

A treaty. Compulsory education. Funding for projects/initiaitives as prioritised by indigenous people
