Anonymous 1335
Anonymous 1335 discusses their limited knowledge of Victorian colonisation. They note the lack of First Nations history in their child's education and suggest having an inclusive festival like The Dreaming which occurred in Queensland 17 years ago to help immerse in First Nations culture. They emphasise the importance of listening to First Nations voices and propose bilingual signage in Victoria, similar to Wales.

I know that people came from Launceston and bartered for land. I am not as aware of Victorian colonisation as I am of Tasmanian colonisation.
I wasn’t educated in Victoria but I haven’t heard much from my child about First Nations history and culture.
I went to a Festival called The Dreaming in Queensland about 17 years ago and this was the first time I really got immersed in First Nations culture. Could we have a really inclusive festival like this in Melbourne?
