Lack of genuine people centric aged care;
Profit over care
More beds within Indigenous run facilities along with more Indigenous facilities throughout the state, especially regional.
The opposite of this – are we looking at the learnings & progress being made by ACCHO & moving these into aged care
More cultural awareness for staffing/carer’s & organisational education
Genuine insentives for first peoples lead staffing within the age care system.
