Eastern Community Legal Centre (Eastern CLC) is a legal service in Melbourne’s East, collaborating with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) to provide legal assistance, community education, and advocacy, while fostering cultural safety and trust with First Nations communities.

This submission advocates for incorporating First Nations history, the impacts of colonisation, and systemic oppression into the Victorian Education system and university curricula, alongside policies that promote multidisciplinary, culturally safe service delivery.
