Richard Stewart
Richard Stewart is a Victorian legal practitioner with scholarly activities in property law and theory. He is currently undertaking a PhD at Southern Cross University. This submission suggests that property is an appropriate paradigm through which to investigatethe issue of land injustice and that the Personhood Theory of Property can be used both to understand the nature of property and how it interacts with personhood.
