Your Community Health

Your Community Health (YourCH) partners with people and communities to deliver health and wellbeing services and promote equity. YourCH delivers a wide range of services, including medical, dental, allied health, counselling, AOD, and social support across a range of settings, including three centres in Darebin, place-based initiatives and assertive outreach support. This submission is informed by Aboriginal staff, community members and partner agencies. It identifies the a number of key points that contribute to the health injustice Aboriginal and/Torres Strait Islander peoples experience.
