Indigenous Law and Justice Hub, University of Melbourne

The Indigenous Law and Justice Hub (ILJH) brings together legal experts and community leaders to produce rigorous legal research that can be directly applied in Indigenous advocacy and self-governance. This submission was prepared by Jaynaya Dwyer, Cassandra Seery, Dr Eddie Cubillo (Larrakia, Wadjigan and Central Arrente) and Elyse Keyser. This submission outlines a pathway forward to work towards a tertiary legal education environment in Australia which is equipped to support true justice outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
